Role Overview:
As an intern in the executive office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the Secretary General.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Secretary General, including managing correspondence.
- Assist in preparations for IPU governance meetings and other events.
- Draft correspondence in both English and French.
- Maintain records and spreadsheets.
- Support the logistical needs of the IPU President and prepare for official missions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and French, with a preference for native French speakers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Location and Duration:
The internship will be based at the IPU headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and will last for 7 months.
